The XAS Data Analysis Program (XDAP) for Windows contains modules for data reduction, the analysis of spectra with a single contribution or multiple shells. Integration with FEFF is good. Multiple shell analysis can be carried out by specifying each scattering path that contributes to the model EXAFS. There is also a section devoted to the analysis of white lines.
